NISS Position:
Research AssociateZach Terner was a postdoctoral fellow for NISS, working with the National Agricultural Statistical Service (NASS). He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Systems and Information Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Statistics before receiving a Master of Science degree in Statistics, all from the University of Virginia. He earned his Ph.D. in Applied Statistics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is now working at MITRE as a Senior Data Scientist.
