Criselda Toto

Dr. Criselda Toto is from the Philippines. She received her Ph.D. in 2010 from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Her dissertation, under the direction of Balgobin Namdram, is entitled "Bayesian Predictive Inference and Multivariate Benchmarking for Small Area Means." Toto spent the summer of 2009 at NISS as a member of the NISS-NASS project as a graduate student and came back later as a postdoctoral fellow from 2010-2011 working on the Survey of Doctoral Recipients, along with other smaller surveys. Currently, Toto is Assistant Professor, Statistics at Chapman University. .
