The agriculture sector faces the challenge of feeding a growing global population while minimizing environmental impact and preserving natural resources for future generations. By leveraging data science and statistical analysis, research in this area can better predict and mitigate the consequences of climate and pest risks on agricultural production. Additionally, these tools can help reduce the impact of pollution, soil degradation, and water contamination, as well as enhance efforts in trapping greenhouse gases and mitigating flood risks.
