Driving is the fastest way to get to the workshop at University of Waterloo from the airport or from Toronto.
It takes approximately 1h 15m to drive from Toronoto to Waterloo.

Parking Instructions for those driving to the campus:

Visitor parking is available in Lots N ($5/day) & M ($6/day).

When You Arrive:

The conference will be located primarily in the Davis Centre (DC) at the University of Waterloo. All talks will take place in DC 1302, while all food and refreshments will take place next door in DC 1301.

There will be a desk to check in and pick up name tags when they arrive, either for the short courses on Wednesday, or the workshop itself on Thursday/Friday, located in Davis Centre (DC) 1301, also known as the “Fishbowl".  This will be the same room that will house all our breaks, the poster session, and the lunch on Friday.

Getting to JSM after the workshop

This workshop also takes place a few days before JSM 2023 in Toronto, Canada, which is just over a
1h 30m commute from U Waterloo.
