Hang Kim Receives the KISS Career Development Award

Former NISS postdoc Hang Kim, who recently accepted a position as assistant professor at the University of Cincinnati, received the Korean Statistical Society's Career Development Award. The award was presented during the Joint Statistical Meetings (JSM) in Seattle, Washington,. 

This is the first year the award is being presented. The award recognizes statisticians who are in the early stages of their careers and who have demonstrated outstanding productivity and the potential to make significant contributions to the field of statistics. Each recipient was presented with a certificate and a $500 prize.
