“Statistics and Science: A Report of the London Workshop on the Future of the Statistical Sciences” report published

As a result of a workshop that Alan Karr and others participated in, a report entitled “Statistics and Science: A Report of the London Workshop on the Future of the Statistical Sciences” has been published. The report talks about how statistics are used in the modern world, and looks at both current and future trends and how these trends will impact the world of statistics. The Future of the Statistical Sciences Workshop was held in London on November 11-12, 2013.
