This course introduces data structures in R and their use in functional programming workflows relevant to data science.
The instructor at the University of California, Riverside site was E. James Harner, Professor Emeritus of Statistics at West Virginia University (WVU).
Comment from a participant, "The structure of the course was great, especially to statisticians, who are slightly left behind with all the developments in the databases. This course really showed the power of R with big data, or at least introduced us to the developments that are being made in this direction. The professor and his teaching style were motivating and engaging. Great course!"
