In 2016, the Summer Research Conference will be held at the Doubletree Suites from June 5-8, in Bentonville, AR, home of the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, amazing hiking and riding trails, all nestled in the heart of the Ozark mountains.
The program includes keynote speakers Naiysin Wang and Terry Therneau. Jim Cochran will be delivering the banquet speech. Eugene Huang of Emory University and Jacqueline Hughes-Oliver of North Carolina State University have agreed to be program co-chairs. In a session devoted to statistics education, Jerry Oglesby and Mike Speed will be speaking on visual analytics.
NISS is a co-sponsor of this event. NISS Affiliates may use funds in their Affiliate Award Fund to attend this conference.
