The organizers have booked two hotels for accommodation of attendees for earliest arrival on Tuesday, 01 August, 2023 - latest departure on Saturday, 05 August, 2023. Hotel Accommodations:
- Hotel Delta: $199/ night - July 10 deadline for $199; At least 15 rooms reserved (first come first served)

On-Campus Accomodations at University of Waterloo:
There are two available options:
Reservations can to be made by registering online through a custom online reservation form https://webreg.uwaterloo.ca/onlinereg/Register/default.aspx?code=C000920 or by calling the UWaterloo Reservation Department directly at 1-800-565-5410. Please note that full payment will be asked upon completing your online reservation. The payment less a 10% service fee is refundable if the reservation is canceled 48 hours prior to arrival.
The room block release schedule is as follows:
• 30 Days prior to arrival, 25% of the remaining room block will be released.
• 14 Days prior to arrival, an additional 25% of the remaining room block will be released.
• 7 Days prior to arrival, the remaining rooms will be released.
After that time, the Catering & Event Services will do their best to meet any last-minute requests for accommodation.
